Mega-watershed exploration

We have successfully placed a wildcat well to explore the mega-watershed basin.We integrated sedimentological studies with seismic stratigraphy and interpretation of MT lines to build a 3D geological model. The model was used in defining sweet spots and the well location.

An exploration well was drilled and proved the existence of multiple fresh water reservoirs at the depth of 1000-2200m. The model predictions were very accurate which resulted in successful operations and results.
