Sedimentological studies

Project 1: Seismic sequence stratigraphy was applied to define depositional sequences and seismic facies and their lithology. A depositional model was proposed and later on proved to be accurate by drilling an exploration well.

Project2: using outcrop studies and MT lines, in a tectonically complex region, we were able to analyse depositional systems and sequence stratigraphy. The results will be used to build a geological model and to define exploration well locations.
